Main Deck Railings are made with AZEK cellular PVC.

Main Deck Railing Systems have been engineered as a wood substitute with the intention of being painted. However, painting is not required for protection. They will last just as long with out paint but will require more frequent cleaning due to the open surface cells that will collect dirt.

Power washing once a year is recommended. AZEK is more durable than wood and can withstand power washing without damage.

Mold and mildew thrives in dirt and moisture more so in northern exposures due to lack of sun. Keeping your railing clean is important!
